This is a great st for those that want information and advice about the Loop drive. There is information about the wildlife you may see and the preserved buildings. Well worth a stop.

There are booklets for only $1 to guide you on your drive of the loop road. It was very nice to learn a bit about the area before it became a park. Each visitor center had unique exhibits to see, and it was worth stopping...More

There are restrooms here which is reason enough to stop on your way around the loop. The parking lot can get really crowded especially after a bear jam, although there were plenty of spaces this time. The mill and historic buildings are not accessible. Ask...More

This is a nice oasis stop while driving the Cades Cove Loop. Snacks, drinks, trinkets, restrooms. Plenty of parking.

Hi! My friend, Sherry and I are headed out from Hinesville, Georgia to visit cades cove. We are both 54 years old and was wondering what the shortest hike to a waterfall is? Also, what is there to do for these two old hens lol

Marie, there are no waterfalls in Cades Cove. It is the watershed area for Abrams Creek and it is a medium level difficulty hike to get back to Abrams Falls. It is the equivalent of 14 flights of stairs, each way. You have... More

Yes. There is parking available at the front of the loop. Maybe about 20 spaces.
