This drive features great views and excellent wildlife. We saw a mule deer & a coyote though we got there too late in the morning. Figure at least 75 minutes for the drive. Restrooms at the final stop.

An easy trail with the most great view of the Grand Canyon, less than a mile round trip and combine with Angels Window.

This drive and the walk out to Cape Royal offers the best views from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. You can even see the Colorado River in the distance.

From North Rim Visitor's Center to Cape Royal, this 22-mile drive winds on narrow roads through beautiful forest, peeking out along several overlook spots along the way. A couple of the overlooks also have some hiking trails to get closer to the edge. Magnificent views!!

Don't miss this drive. It is spectacular. I did not do it my 1st visit because I had already driven so many miles. Huge Mistake.

Very crowded, people everwhere. Kids running close to edge and parents not caring. It is a beautiful view.

This is a great drive with several marked places to stop and hike. There were several great viewpoints in to the Canyon. My favorite spot as well as hike was at the very end of the drive

The views are great, and the path at Cape Royal is paved so no reason not to visit. Great picture spots.

Enjoyed leaving at 0415 from Grand Canyon Lodge to view the sunrise. Temp was 27 degrees with cool breeze out of the North so we dressed in multiple layers. This is the only place on the North Rim that you can see the Colorado River....More
