Acrophobes may want to avoid this overlook, on the remote part of the North Rim, which provides awesome Canyon views from sheer cliffs nearly 3,000 feet high above the Colorado River.

This place was recommended to us by a couple we met on a previous road trip. It was a challenging but worthwhile 60 mile drive down a dirt road. The last 3 miles were very slow, driving over rocks, through water and ruts. The view...More

Toroweap has been on my must see list. I booked a tour with Dreamland Safari Tours as my compact rental car wouldn't make the drive. The view is amazing. So glad I was able to experience this!
