You can see Capitol Gorge a few ways, but if you drove this far, commit to the park and HIKE THE REST OF THE WAY. Take plenty of water and earn the splendor of this amazing part of the park.

Weather changes as you advance into the gorge trail, especially mid-morning. Lots of different rock formations and other particularities, as well as wild flowers if you are on the lookout for them. .
