My husband and I spent a lovely afternoon riding the peek-a-boo trail with Canyon Trail Rides. We found it to be a well organised, professional company, with entertaining local guides. Most importantly the horses and mules appeared well cared for. As it was very hot, we received lots of envious looks from the hikers as we walked past them! I... More

My husband and I took the half day (3 hr) ride. The staff was very friendly and informative. The ride was worth the money. The horses did all the work and took us to places we would have never experienced. We will admit that our backsides were sore but we took a break halfway on the ride that really helped.... More

We had reservations for a half day ride on Sat, Oct 17 but with the threat of a lot of rain we decided to see if we could go on the 10:00 ride on Friday. We were placed on standby along with 8 or 10 more so thought we would not be able to go. Canyon Trail Rides was able... More

My husband loves to take trail rides and this seemed the easiest way for two people with limited hiking abilities to experience the Peek-A-Boo Trail without actually walking it. The views were absolutely stunning and our guide, Hank, was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. That said, the ride was a little daunting until you realized the horses and mules have done... More

Did rides in both Bryce and Zion. Had a great time on both rides. If you are doing only one choose Bryce. It has more unique terrain. I have ridden horses all my life, while my husband had zero experience and we both loved it.

Absolutely excellent! My teens and myself enjoy riding, my husband prefers not to. However even he agreed that this was the best way to tour the canyon and actually "be part of" the many sights. We took the 3 hour trip which was well worth it. The wranglers were friendly and helpful, our guide was excellent, and the horses and... More

We took the three hour ride on the Peek-Boo-Trail. For two people with no riding experience we had a great time. The views from the canyon floor were awesome. The horses liked to hug the edge of the trail which was scary at times. Clay, our guide was great, even with his corny jokes. This ride was well worth it.... More

We have done the big 3, North Rim, Zion and Bryce. Where ever you ride with these folks, there staff is the best. Friendly, professional, experienced and make there customers safety and satisfaction there top priority. It is such a pleasure to see a business where the entire staff clearly loves what they do, and use that love of there... More

We took the 1/2 day ride and the outfitter was very good and the horses and mules very sure footed. Amazing views. I asked several times on the phone and in person if there were narrow trail on the edge as I don't like heights I was told it was mainly at the beginning that people have trouble. As we... More

Myself and wife (late seventies) greatly enjoyed this Peek-a-Boo Trail ride. No riding experience (but fit). Well organised, they assign a suitable mule, very good guide/leader. There is a half-way break with facilities. Bryce is the most spectacular canyon when you can go down through it. We had perfect weather, a chilly start at 7:30am so comfortable as it warmed... More
