Great way to see Bryce Canyon. We did the three hour trip and really enjoyed it. Horses were well trained and didn't require any guidance, they're pretty much on auto pilot only requiring an occasional nudge to catch up if they start to lag behind....More

When booking our trip to the Southwest, I noticed that the Grand Canyon mule rides directly say riders "should not be afraid of heights", but I didn't see this when we booked our trip through Canyon Trail Rides. Maybe I'm naive, but everyone should know...More

Horses & mules stay on the route, but some like the edges. I was scared most of the ride, too close to the edges for me. Gave an excellent review as my entire group loved this adventure. Calm horses/mules, knowledgeable and attentive guides.

This was one of the highlights of our trip! (several parks). We took the three hr trip through the canyon, down one side, up the other and back; about 3 hrs. Saw great views, great staff - a lot of fun! Highly recommend.

This was the highlight of my trip to Bryce. My mule, Fester, was stubborn, slow, and sassy. So much personality! I would highly recommend it

The horse trail ride was a great experience if you don't have the time or stamina to hike into the canyon itself. To truly experience the beauty this national park has to offer from within the canyon, then be sure to drive to one of...More

This was the best thing we did on our Grand Canyon/Bryce/Zion trip. Not scary at all and the guides were funny, informative and patient! The horse does all the work and knows the trail, trust him! You experience the Canyon from a whole different perspective,...More

Our family loved the trail ride at Bryce Canyon. We were able to see so much of the canyon that we would have never seen hiking. We were definitely glad that we did it, but it was scary. The horses liked to walk on the...More

There was a lady who asked to ride with her pre-booked family once up at the corral, they seemed willing to squeeze her in, more so than the lady at the desk in the lodge. Doesn't totally answer your question, but it may... More

We did the afternoon yesterday and it was fine. Not too hot at all. And no riding experience here and it was fine as well.
