Trail ride was very professionally done. We had a guide at the front and back of our eight person group. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The horses/mules appeared to be well taken care of and we had no issues. Our favorite part of our visit to Bryce was the horse ride. We did the 2 hour ride. Snow/ice... More

If you can get over your fear of being so close to the edge this was a great way to see the canyon. Guides were informative and fun and the horses/mules were very easy to ride. The scenery is breathtaking!

We did the one hour trail ride w/ 12 & 15 year olds. It was outstanding. Wonderful views & a great guide made it extra fun. The one hour ride was perfect for us. Highly recommended.

2 adults and 2 teens went on the 3 hour afternoon ride. The scenery is stunning! I would actually rate this between a 4-5. We liked the Zion trail ride better which is the reason we give it a 4! Every corner we came around though was stunning! It was a little hard to relax on the ride because some... More

This was a great way to see a part of Zion we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Definitely book the three hour over the one hour. Obviously you go farther but the longer ride is significantly more interesting!! Horses were gentle and the views are spectacular. Everyone in our group said it was the best thing we did (and we did... More

We did the 1 hour trip with our 9 & 11 year olds. It was a great addition to our family holiday in Zion National Park. We hadn't ridden horses before, but they gave us animals suitable for our abilities. It was a slow walk along the Virgin River, with lots of scenic views. A great way to experience Zion... More

Having ridden in the Grand Canyon 2 years back, my family & I wife & kids ages 12 & 13 immediately booked the Sandy Beach 3 hour Trail ride as soon as we decided to travel to Zion National Park for spring break. The ride was superb! Easy corral location right across the street from the Zion Lodge. The ride... More

We went with two kids - ages 7 and 8 - and none of us have ever ridden horses or mules. What a great time on the 2 hour trail ride. My 7 year old, was so excited to ride Alice, a 45 year old mule, and she was the leader of the pack. If you are scared of heights,... More

We had limited time to explore Bryce Canyon so we booked the two hour AM horse back ride into the canyon. None of us were experienced riders and were feeling some trepidation...how do I get up in the saddle, how do I steer, what if I drive my horse off the cliff?? We needn't have worried. The horses (and some... More
