We reserved Trek e-bikes for 5/16. When we got there the reservation had the wrong date. Then when that was fixed we were told there were no treks. They put us on ezelectric bikes that were the worst bikes. They were throttle bikes that had the throttle removed & did not work properly. It took a lot of effort to get going from a stop which should not be how an e-bike works. The brakes had to be squeezed really hard to get them to work, the chains were rusty. We rode them about 11 miles & that was too much. We turned them in & told the nice couple working there that the bikes were dangerous. They did refund our money. The bikes should not be rented, they are unsafe & dangerous.

The prices for the rocks here are the cheapest you will find in the entire south east corner of Utah. I sort of kicked myself because I could never quite find the selection or price of the dreamstone as the type Bryce had.

On a trip I describe as seeing rocks of all sizes, colors, and shapes (Cap Reef, Bryce, Zion, Kanab area, Page AZ area, and Monument Valley area), the only souvenir I was sure to buy was....a rock. Planned on buying a moqui marble/ball from Moqui Cave by Kanab, but I am so glad I stopped here. They had a huge selection including some that are split open (so you can see the sandstone inside as well as the iron on the outside), and prices were better than what I've seen at other places. (Didn't make it to Moqui Cave since it was closed when I drove by, since we got an early start that day.) Had a great time looking around at all the other things this store offered. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We stopped in here after hiking. Next to ice cream store. Great selection of rocks in all sizes and prices. Plenty of browsing to be done.

Ruby's owns a lot of the town area of Bryce Canyon City this is another set of gift shop areas, I didn't try the ice cream but I did go into the rock shop area. The rock shop had a good variety of polished rock and raw rocks outside to select from. When I picked out some rocks from the bins with each purchase they were put into separate bags and I was given a small descriptive paper explaining what type of rock it was and some information about each. There was a wide variety of rocks and the prices did not seem outrageous.

There is some activity for everyone. From children to young at heart. Ruby Inn has great food, beautiful rooms, free shuttle to the park, beautiful views. Very careful with the Covid rules. Horse rides, bicycle rental, shops across the street.

Ice cream tasty, tho go early in the afternoon or they run out of the flavors they change daily. First you order and pay, then you choose. The price for a Medium is with a waffle cone $4 each, but the medium size is more like 3 generous scoops, so small is probably a better size. the Rocky road and Caramel tracks flavors were great.

This must be the first time I have paid and then trashed an ice cream. One of the worst I have even tasted.
If you are charging $3 a scoop, why not supply a good quality one. The word get around and customers will stop.
Take my advice, skip this one, especially if you are in a group.

There was an excellent selection of a wide variety of rocks. Both large and small, relatively inexpensive and some expensive. Have a coffee and take a tour.
