We first visited this place over an year ago, and having now chosen to live nearby, we keep coming back and suggesting it to friends. it is a pleasant walk in an interesting forest, with some old growth trees even. Predatory birds nest in the park and you usually see a few flying around. The guide always shares precious knowledge about the animals and the plants, it is a pleasure to listen to him or her. It's just a pity this park doesn't get more visitors.

We climbed the rock of roccalbegna (follow the road on the right side of the bar upwards!) it was a steep hill up and the last meters were with "stairs". Very nice view al over the town!

Didnt have long to spend, was passing through, stopped for a picnic lunch then went on to the village Rocchette de Fazio, which is worth a visit too. Saw quite a few butterlies, not sure what they where and some autumn crocus
