If you have time (about 30 - 45 minutes), walk to the place taking the path carved into the rock wall at your left. This is as spectacular as the place itself.

The climb up the steps from the parking lot to the first glimpse of the sanctuary provides a calming experience. The sanctuary was built on a spur of the mountain, essentially a narrow strip of rock that sticks out from the side of the mountain....More

Been here twice now and my opinion hasn't changed one iota - this is the best place I've ever been. From the moment you leave the car park and start to climb the many steps you get the feeling that this truly was a sanctuary...More

The building itself is worth the trip, with or without the bear, but what really stands out is the surrounding countryside. The panorama is something you'll never forget!

This place is full of charm and spiritual atmosphere is everywhere. In the summer it can get really hot here and the place is also frequented by bees. As a matter of fact I was stung by one during our visit.

Visiting here was a well worth experience. Nice walk in a settings I would describe as wildness, in the way it feels. Of course, in reality it is not, there is a road and a parking lot and the path. Great nature around. The building...More
