Many swank eateries and boutiques. On the doorstep of the waterfront if you want some outdoor action.
Has a few shops and several places to eat.
Some days there are shows going on or small stands set up.
Could use more air conditioning.
Does have a train station downstairs.
Easy to get a little lost in.

It was very convenient from the hotel where we stayed. We discovered it on our last night there when we went looking for an eating place.
