The bridge that connects Western Honshu with Kyushu spanning the Kanmon Straits which is less than a kilometer wide. Kyushu island's mild climate and geothermal character creates a land of undulating green countryside, ancient volcanic cones and some great hot-spring resorts.

Must go there twice. Once in day-time and once during night time. You can go uphill in the Mekari Park to have a breath-taking view of the bridge. There is a tunnel nearby for pedestrians to cross the Kanmon Strait on foot.
