Heaven for the world famous kitchenware of Osaka,this place has plenty of wholesale shops selling everything needed for a kitchen.The famous Osaka kitchen knives with umpteen varieties ,each neatly explained by the store staff and suggest suitable knives based on specific needs.There are knives suiting left handed usage too.Chop sticks, bento boxes, knives,cutleries, mandolins,knife sharpener s,whisks,etc;
The items are available tax free for foreign passport holders and are neatly packed in secure and safe cartons.

Anything you could possibly need for a kitchen is here! Prices are quite good due to the wholesale nature of the area. There is a small supermarket that has rare foodstuffs from overseas. If you're a wannabe chef, this is the place for you.

Ebosuya is best place to buy cooking equipment in Osaka Douguya Suji!
You can find everything hire.

道具屋筋ならここがおススメです。
圧倒的に種類も多く、店内のアナウンスなど、大阪っぽい感じが中々特徴かと。
昔からある感じか歴史を感じさせます。

Apart from the shopping arcade this is a great place for food! Little alleyways are festooned with small bars, restaurants and on street food sellers. Great place to explore, particularly at night

It was certainly a long time I haven’t been here too. Fortunately it was a lovely day. Food here isn’t expensive and it is delicious almost very very. Very typical in Osaka.

Also known as Kitchenware Street, these few blocks are packed with treasures and trash. Bowls, cups, takoyaki makers, cotton candy machines, beautiful knives, restaurants (great karage!), bars, plastic food models, great cookware and so on. There's plenty to look at, puzzle at, and buy if you'd like. It's a lot of fun.

Good place to shop for all kinds of kitchenware, Japanese chopsticks, utensils. If you are into serving a good Japanese meal with delicate Japanese cutlery, this would be the place.

When walking a lot we always say walking like kungfu...and indeed in this shopping street you can walk till without ends it’s massive crowded but lovely to see what’s going on and nice places to eat. We found a nice sushi place with a moving belt to choose the sushi you like. Quite cheap for the quality. Free green or ginger tee. An area you will surely pass by when exploring Namba station and around.

We stopped here for about 90 minutes as part of a guided tour. What a fun area. Lots of restaurants and street vendors and the many animal decorations were funny. There are lots of shops as well as different street foods offered. We tried the octopus balls. We didn’t really like them but at least we can say we tried them.
