An unparalleled shame. Station defined as "the jewel", but we still don't understand the reason given that it offers no service other than the lack of parking spaces.
Every time you need to take a train you lose it, obviously together with the money, and if you are lucky you shell out more just to buy new tickets and not also for the reports of those who are "forced" for work reasons , to leave their cars prohibited due to lack of parking (which, given the "impeccable" service, "rightly" decided to almost double the ticket price since November rather than decide to expand the parking area).
You can arrive hours before departure, but the situation does not change during the week. You are stuck outside the entrance gates for hours, not knowing whether or not you will be able to catch the train.
In the meantime, there are those who make money twice at the expense of commuters.
In 2024 and years after the inauguration of the station, the situation is truly shameful.
If they could be charged to Metropark S.p.a. all the lost tickets, I believe we would take action to ensure that this unworthy situation is resolved.

A shame... terrible organization. To be reported. I entered the parking lot at 11.08pm to pick up some family members who were already down the stairs and immediately got into the car. Due to an interminable queue we left the car park at 11.50pm, the bar didn't open and we had to pay €1.50 for parking to get out. No one answered the intercom and despite the chaos, no one could be seen coming to assist motorists. Only in the south do these things happen...

Last week I took a train for the first time at Afragola station, beautiful station! Being the first time I felt a bit disoriented, as soon as I arrived I saw a female guard at the main entrance to whom I asked for information and she in a very professional way gave me all the information about it. A huge thank you to the security woman of the TAV station!!

Never seen anything like it, it felt like being in the third world, for the few car parks that there are there was a coming and going to occupy the available ones, not to mention the entrance to the car park, where there is a sign with the words "Telepass " But that didn't work, and we had to get the ticket not knowing what to do. There is no useful information office to ask what to do, many smiles only for those selling tickets but many tears for those who have to travel. Always the same things, this area of Italy has gotten much worse, the services offered do not adapt to the social state of things. Score from 1 to 10 -minus 11

The station is a bit isolated. I went there to take the fluxbus to Rome. Despite everything I met some very kind attentive staff. From the lady who takes care of the bathrooms, named Annarita with whom I stopped to chat to the woman who took care of the security I asked about the bus and called me in a moment of distraction to tell me that the bus had arrived and was leaving. Great staff, kind and attentive.

Bad organization. If the parking lot fills up, the entry bar gets blocked and the queue grows to miles without the possibility of going back even if you just have to enter to drop off travelers or pick them up. At the intercom rude and absolutely non-existent in assistance. You get trapped. So BEWARE!!!!! It's absurd and very painful to point this out but these things only happen here

Shameful. This morning, Wednesday 15 November 2023, I arrived outside the station parking area at 9.00 am and I was left, together with dozens and dozens of other motorists, unable to access the car park. The 9.34 train result was lost and there was a risk of rear-end collisions with all the other motorists who were desperately trying to turn around to escape the trap that had now been created. And who do we tell it to? To the institutions? To politicians? Italy, how sad..

It hurts me to see bad reviews of this beautiful station, which is by far the nicest I've been to anywhere in Europe. We live in Naples, and the experience is 1000 times better in every way than Napoli Centrale. WORD TO TOURISTS: If you're going to downtown Naples, go all the way to Stazione Centrale. For those living in the area, this is a better option in every way.

I traveled to Napoli in May 19 and the lady at the booth told me this was a viable option to travel
to Naples. IT IS NOT. No bus services, no cab booth, barely any service and the station is outside the city. We had to take a 45€ cab to the airport and then took a bus to head downtown. This station should not be called Napoli as it is misleading to any travelers. Never again !

The third world is in a better place, dirt, rudeness and non-existent public transport, never seen anything like this, the station is a cathedral in the desert. Never again!
