Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp started Muay Thai training camp in...

Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp started Muay Thai training camp in 2004 with a vision of bringing quality Muay Thai training to everyone. Although we started with just one ring, we now have seven boxing rings, an MMA cage, 36 workout stations and have over 40 Muay Thai trainers. We also have three incredible personal trainers devoted to various fitness specialties. They are also professional athletes. In addition, we are affiliated with Brazilian Top Team which is one of the most renowned Jui Jitsu gyms in the world. We are especially proud to have guests that return every year, including world champion trainers and fighters from WMC, Lumpinee, Rajadamnern, WBC, Bangkok TV and professional fighters from all over the world like Royce Gracie, Jon Fitch, Murilo Bustamante and Brian Ebersole just to name a few. What’s also nice is the amazing return rate of guests like yourself that make coming back to our camp an on-going tradition.Guests come here from all over the world with different fitness goals. We have won the award for the Best Gym for Foreigners two years in a row for 2010 and 2011.We have fighters who come here to improve technique and to prepare for upcoming fights, martial arts schools, vacationers, fitness fans, adventure junkies, and military personnel. At our camp getting fit is a priority. But we also know that finding time to relax and rejuvenating oneself is also important. Here you have the opportunity to explore places like Phi Phi Island, be awed by the Big Buddha, relax on the shores of one of many beautiful beaches. We are more than just a facility - it’s a place to reinvent yourself...a place to take a step out of the hustle of everyday life and figure out what’s really important.

I signed up for a week of training at tiger and never went back after attending one saturday morning fitness class. It was terrible!! There was literally 15mins of actual exercise. ...the rest of it was just learning how to do pointless gymnastic movements. the atmosphere was also pretty unfriendly. After the class walked up the street to unit 27... More

Ok, so have been reading a lot of reviews and I feel Id be a fair proponent to explain my experience. I arrived at Tiger sometime in June - stayed till Sept. I enjoyed my time thoroughly at Tiger. For the critique here goes. Upon arrival, with no payment booking made, was accommodated by the lady I had been communicating... More

If wanting to try the Muay Thai thing somewhere were there is lots of available equipment, classes and opportunities to meet other fitness tourists, this is a great place to start. Some of the trainers are very good for private lessons, but this place overall has been somewhat a victim of it's own success. The training feels a bit commoditised,... More

I have just spent a month at tiger on the all inclusive package. It is great if you are a beginner wanting to try out all the different martial arts, fitness classes and yoga. If you are looking to develop existing skills I would recommend going to the other gyms available on the street. Not only are they cheaper but... More

We took a 7 day training package from TMT for my fiancé's birthday week. With a keen interest for Muay Thai and after a thorough round of research we decided on TMT. The classes were well conducted and we were very fond of our private trainers, Kru Thong Naphiang and Kru Lerphong. They were committed in teaching us techniques and... More

I wanted to start this review by saying that my last review was years ago and the terrible experience at Tiger made me reactivate my account. Having done martial arts for years (Muay Thai, MMA) I was really excited to visit Tiger Muay Thai with my wife. She hasn't done any martial arts before and we thought with Tiger Muay... More

What an incredible waste of money. This business is the least customer service-minded and most dishonest I have come across in a long time. We booked an all-inclusive week thinking we would be taken good care of, but Tiger Muay Thai operates in true bait/fish style. As soon as you've agreed to their non-refundable terms and paid them, they really... More

Me and my friend took two hours class. In my opinion it is expensive as you have to rent or buy the tools (not included when paying for the class). The place is huge and has everything for training. Some instructors do not put to much effort, I guess because of the two hours limit. Anyways, you get to learn... More
