Well maintained. Clean. Green. Water. Fish. Flowers. Walking paths. Seems popular with young families. There is a cafe restuarant over looking the park where people can sit outside in the terrace and have a coffee and relax

Nice to spend an hour or more to walk around, take pictures, feed the fish and turtles in the pond and even rest stop at the restaurant there.
Great little park which brings a calm feel within the busy city of Taichung. The path is circular so you can enjoy this location for few hours if needed. They also have a little coffee place located inside the garden.
