This secluded beach probably 700-800m long is meant for the people stay in Bingin and surfers. p/s: I am not a surfer. Quite a number of surf shop where they give surf lesson but people who comes here are mainly for surfing. The waves fetch quite a decent height just right for beginner to intermediate surfers. They surf usually in... More

It became a bit tiring when you visit a beach and finding out that the beach was overcrowded. But that's not the case with Bingin Beach. This beach is relatively unknown even for locals. The hike down leading to the beach can be a bit challenging but there are plenty of warungs where you can rest and have a drink!... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the chilled vibe. It's not over crowded and everyone is so chilled you can't help but to be so too! Didn't swim as waves too high so more for if you are surfer. Nice cafes and restaurants on the beach too and in the evening they have amazing bbq seafood and... More

Not being avid swimmers, my husband and I had a hard time at this beach when we attempted to swim. However, the view was to die for, especially if you stay at one of the cute little bnbs there. If you're thinking about going to water blow and such, don't bother. When the sun sets, the waves get pretty strong... More

This is truly a beautiful spot with a lovely beach, good walk at low tide and our daughter enjoyed surfing for two days. The water was clean and in the afternoon it was like getting into a warm bath! There are nice restaurants along the beach which offer healthy food and drinks and great for relaxing. You have to walk... More

High cliffs sorround the beach, wich is accessed via a long and at times a bit precarious set of stairs. Local vendors can be a bit persistant.

It is a truly charming little beach with cafes stacked on top of each other, offering a nice sunset view. Water is nicely deep, so you don't have to walk half a mile for a swim. The cafes are a bit more expensive than the average in this area, mostly because once you get down the couple of hundred steps,... More

Bingin beach is one of my favorite beaches in Bali so far. I parked my motorcycle on a rocky road near a villa and went to the beach through zig-zagging stairs. I had to be very careful because the stairs was quite dangerous and long. But after climbing down the stairs, the beach was worth the effort since it is... More

Staying at Temple Lodge on the cliff at Bingin Beach is a unique experience. It is remote, in that the tides of tourists don't reach you, and you can get serious exercise scarpering up and down the local staircase down to the beach.

Dangerous stairs, Grumpy locals, bad swimming and judgmental surfers. Stick to Kuta Beach. This place could be pretty but Kuta Beach has much more character and charm.
