Tours every hour and a shop with plenty of stock, we arrived early and had lunch ( the chilli was very hot!). Tour is distillery was relaxed but very informative, with a few small samples at the end. Special ‘Thank You’ to the lovely Joy!

The English making whiskey! You better believe it. First class too. A great visit in the heart of Suffolk. Pleased with the ambiance and what the cafe offered. A must visit.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to north Norfolk. Lovely lunch, the cafe was busy but waiting time was good and I have to mention they have the poshest toilets ever lol. Food was good and cake great

There are quite a few steps to negotiate. Call the Distillery and ask how they might accommodate you. They are extremely helpful and would want you to get as much at of their tour as possible.
