5 stars really aren't enough to describe this experience - I wish I could give more. It was the absolute highlight of a beautiful week spent in Provence. The location of Madeleine's home where the class takes place is in Crillon-le-Brave, one of the most beautiful villages you are likely to see. We were made to feel welcome in this... More

We had a wonderful time cooking with Madeleine. She made everything seem easy and fun. There were 3 couples in our group and we all shared in the cooking. After the preparation, we sat down to a wonderful meal in Madeleine's garden. It was a fabulous fun experience. Damien and Madeleine made us feel so at home and at ease.

I attended this cooking class with 5 other friends and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Madeleine and her husband Damion were delightful and treated us like guests in their home. We spent the morning cooking regional dishes from Provence. Madeleine was very friendly and informative. We were all very impressed with how organized she was. Her... More

My husband and I did a cookery lesson with Madeleine during our honeymoon, and what a treat. Madeleine is lovely and very very good at cooking and teaching! We learned so much more than we thought we would, however what we learned wasn't too hard to replicate on our own! We went to stay in a gite later in the... More

This is a very late review as we did this course in September 2011 in the middle of a cycling tour of France. I simply forgot to review it until asked about it by a friend when he saw the photos. Yes it is a little bit expensive but worth every euro. Wonderful people and a down to earth great... More

Madeleine and Damien provided a lovely time for my friend and me in Crillon Le Brave. We made a delicious meal and enjoyed a very special lunch on their wonderful patio, complete with a beautiful fountain and a view. We really enjoyed speaking French with our hosts, and our conversations were stimulating and enjoyable. I heartily endorse this wonderful cooking... More

My friend and I took a morning class with Madeleine a week ago, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The welcome at the door of Madeleine’s home by her gracious husband, Damien set the hospitable tone for the day. Madeleine herself is warm, gracious, and a skilled and very well organized cook and teacher. The morning we spent... More

My wife and I booked a cooking class with Madeleine as we were staying at the Hotel Crillon le Brave right next door. We were unaware that the other group of three "students" would have to cancel at the last minute. As opposed to canceling our cooking session altogether Madeleine and Damien greeted us promptly at the designated time and... More

It was an interesting experience. We much enjoyed Madeleine teaching us practical Provence cooking as well as the warm hospitality by Madeleine's husband. And, as a desert for the morning class, we enjoyed a great Lunch of our cooking outcome.

Today, my college age daughter, our friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the hands on experience taught by Madeleine. From the moment that we were warmly welcomed until our farewells....we shared a authentic French way of life. We fully engaged in the practical lessons and learned techniques for replicable recipes that we intend to try once we arrive home. Sharing the... More
