Excellent service plane was late and luggage seem to take forever, however the driver called me and waited as this was the last shuttle bus until the next morning.
Absolutely brilliant service , would not use anyone else .

Shayne our driver was excellent, made the transfer to Sea World very enjoyable. Will use the service again.

Excellent service! Communications from booking to pick up were excellent and accurate. On time, hassle free, they took the stress out of transferring with a toddler. Definitely booking this service when in the GC again, thank you.

The communication was excellent, we received an email with a map to the meeting point. There was also an electronic link available. Our flight arrived early and the staff at the businesses service desk arranged an earlier shuttle bus for us.
We had peace of mind knowing that the service was flexible if our flight had of been delayed.
Our driver Tony was lovely and friendly and we enjoyed chatting to him. He also gave us some handy advice re public transport around the Gold Coast.

Easy to organise, easy to find when coming off the plane.
I arrived early and was able to change my departure to an earlier time.
The staff were friendly and courteous.
all in all, I would certainly use this service again!

I booked an airport transfer with Con-x-ion. They gave me a pickup time of 9.10am to 9.30am and arrived right on 9.10am. Driver was great, coach was comfortable, we were at teh airport in no time. Thoroughly recommend.

Have had several Airport Transfers now... all have been on time, comfortable and value for money. In particular the most recent trip with Albert was great.

Great efficient and friendly service, only disappointment was that as a result of covid and therefore lack of drivers some pick up and drop off times were not available. Not the companies fault in any way, just a result of circumstance.

Really helpful and friendly service, i wouldn't say it was the cheapest, even though it was only 13km to our Hotel, the girl at the airport charged us $120 for 2 adults & 2 children, return, which I think it's not that bad given a cab would've charged over $100 only one way.

We had a Micky T drive us from Sunshine Coast airport to Noosa Heads. What an absolute star for your company, he is warm, engaging, bends over backwards to serve and assist, also provided great advice for things to do. I am using crutches and he ensured our trip was comfortable, he helped me in and out of the vehicle, always checked that I was ok during the transfer.

Is using a Con-x-ion shuttle a better option for a 2 adult transfer from Brisbane International Airport to Meriton Suites (CBD) on a Friday night around 11:00 pm than getting a yellow or black & white cab at the taxi rank (if it exists) next to the terminal exit? In fact, I don't know if I will directly find a cab at that time without having to phone and wait for one...
