We held our sons birthday and Basecamp Adventures. Brilliant place to burn off some energy. Helpful staff and good guidance on using the equipment. Have been back a few times since.

The climbing part was great for me when I got the hang of it. Customer service not so much. I was there with my 6 year old. The guy who was there seemed bored and disinterested in helping us. He had quite a thick accent so as a beginner about to commit to something relatively dangerous - it wasn't great that I couldn't understand the very quickly spoken instructions and had to get him to repeat.
I enjoyed the climbing but it was totally unsupervised as he went off and did something else in another out-of-sight part of the building - that didn't seem very professional.
It soon turned out that my 6 year old wasn't ready for wall climbing which the guy might have picked up on but got a quick "sorry no" when asking for a refund. Didn't bother me as much as the guy's lack of empathy and suitability for a customer facing job.

It's easier than it looks, but it's harder than it looks! Worth every bit of effort to conquer the climbs and conquer your fear. Safely push yourself to another level. The kids loved it and it wore them out in time for some party food. Burn off the sugar first! Lots of colour too. The staff explain what to do. Magic!

This was a great place to have our daughter's 9th birthday party. There was an hour for climbing and then another hour to eat upstairs in the mezzanine overlooking the climbing walls.
My only suggestion is that a discount for large groups would be appreciated, but I do think it is totally worthwhile anyway!

Fun activity to do with your children. Great confidence booster for them too. Their are many different climbs to choose from at varying levels. Great place to take a group of friends of any age ie - for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend this place for a good time and a good work out!
