Unscheduled stop on an island tour, a wonderful 20 minute sojourn. A mini tribute to Gaudi. his Park Quell in Barcelona, by a native carver, artist and musician. A treat no to be missed.

Lots of love and detail in this Plaza. The artist is greatly known in his home and has done many other beautiful things, but this one you can walk on. I've found it fascinating already as a kid, and still do. The only downside is...More

We thoroughly enjoyed a quiet half hour exploring this small square (we had it to ourselves on a warm afternoon in March) ...and then another half hour sitting in the sunshine on one of the ornate mosaic benches listening to the water of the fountain...More
