Keoladeo temple is a small ancient l Shiva temple in bird sanctuary. The atmosphere is serene and one must visit the temple in sanctuary. There is a Hanuman Temple in the bird sanctuary.

The temple is small, but in the serene environment. Excellent place to take a break during a whole day birding. One can easily find tree covered shades for an evening nap.

Nothing much to narrate. It is a small temple inside bharatpur keoladeo national park. Howvever temple is very old.

This is the Small temple inside the Sanctuary. The temple is belongs to Hindu god Shiva. Just site down few minutes and relax if you are inside the bird sanctuary. Not much to see.

The temple is situated in the centre of Keoladeo National Park. It has legends associated with it that the priest would inform you about. The canteen outside provides basic refreshments and just outside the temple there's a view point to take a glance at the large swamps in the centre of the park.

A small Shiva Temple inside Keoladeo Ghana National Park. Small shivling located inside a depression in the temple. A folklore associated with the finding of a Shivling under a kela (banana) tree. A cow used to come and provide milk under the banana tree in the evening. At that time this National Park was a private hunting ground for the then Maharajad. By following the cow, the shivling was found and later the temple was built there. This story was told by the Pujariji of the temple.

This is situated at the end of the Bharatpur sanctuary. As per local this is a very old temple and this bird sanctuary is named after this temple.
