This is the samadhi place of the Sri Basavaveshwara who is the renowned spiritual leader of Lingayats. The samadhi is in the midst of the confleunce of rive Krishna & malaprabha. The best ever place i have visited for meditation. Must visit.

This is a place of sangam of two rivers. River Krishna meets River Malaprabha here. The temple situated on the Bank of the rivers marks the holy sangam. The place is very beautiful, scenic, peaceful and calm.

You get to see the meeting point of Krishna and Ghataprabha river here. This holy place has a Shivling and is also the Samadhi place of Saint Basaveshwara. The scenic beauty of this place is splendid. You get to see several picturesque views here.
