Busy port when ships are loading/unloading. Outside of those hectic times there are plenty of coffee places as well as restaurants if you are hungry. There are fishmongers also where you can buy fresh fish and other seafood.

It is a very quiet town but right at the port their are small restaurants with amazing sea food. It has the freshest and best Calamari i've had ever in all of Greece and the world. It is worth spending a day.

This is supposed to be the second largest port in Athens but there are no signs for anything....Too bad they have all the good things here in Greece but they are too lazy to use them

Athens has 2 main ports. The biggest port is Piraeus and Rafina is the smaller port. However if you are travelling by ferry to Mykonos it is an hour shorter from Rafina. The main choice would be where you’re located. We were initially staying in...More

Our tour group scheduled our ferry out of this port, it was not crowded and I enjoyed the bus ride from Athens.

You can discover many islands from here, but you can also have a walk with a view of the endless sea. Also nice places for food or coffee.
