We reached Kuruvadweep during Monsoons and it was closed to the public. So ensure that this place is open to the public before you reach there.

Very beautiful place around 35 km from Kalpetta. Kuruwadeepa is located in the middle of Cauvery river. One has to cross and reach the island, a very peaceful place and one can easily spent 4-5 hrs relaxing. Must visit place in Wayanad district.

Hi, normally it is closed as water level during monsoon will be very high.. just confirm with the kerala tourism before to be 100% sure. Also during this time, there will be big number of elephants movement.. so be careful.
