The safari is a drive in a 4-wheeler on a set road (very bumpy). We were very fortunate to have seen most of the animals during the ride even though it was monsoon time.

We were hoping to see more wild animals. However we did see lots of beautiful wild deer, and we could see were the wild elephants had been recently by their droppings in the sanctuary road.

Great chance to see wild animals especially elephants, we did 1 safari drive and saw a herd of elephants and gaurs too. No tigers or leopards spotted during our drive, but saw pug marks

No safari option here, but animals can be seen on the road it self. A great place to drive slow and sensibly. You'd want to come back here just to see animals crossing the roads and minding their own business.

The drive through the deep forest, the sight of wild animals like deers and elephants occasionally crossing the road, the breath taking scenery, the cool breeze and the fresh air - all will give us an adventurous but memorable trip.

Not a very famous sanctuary, and that is the charm of this place. It is less crowded when compared to Tholpetty, nagarahole and muthanga, but has a good spread of wildlife.
