I love this area very much.

Blessed with 4 lakes, Bali is really a wonderful island ...
3 of them are located close to each other; Beratan, Buyan, and Tamblingan lakes; the last two are even very close to each other and famous as Twin Lakes.

A must-visit points, ideal for taking a break on your trip to the North, trekking with the village park ranger, glamping or even staying to stay close with the local community to experience closer how the Balinese life is.

Do not forget to say thanks to Nature, to the mother earth for the luxury it features for us. Do not disturb them by picking up plants, leaving your trash out there; bring it home or even pick the trash up if you find it during your visit.

Save in your future travel plan please, support Bali again after this Pandemic end.

let's visit

Lake Buyan is a lake located in the Pancasari Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali. This lake is one of three twin lakes formed inside a large caldera. He was flanked by two other lakes, namely Lake Tamblingan in the west and Lake Beratan in the east, in this place there was also a self-center.

The traffic heading to the area was very heavy due to the school hols and being a Sunday. Better to start journey early in the morning. Many developments are on going around the lake thus making the view somewhat undesirable in some areas.

Facilities are sufficient. There are mosques that are worth visiting.

Overall, ok though a bit touristy.

we tried something new by visiting this lake, the twin lakes they call it, the air here is very cool, fresh and cool, far from air pollution. This can be a very good tourist destination

This is my second time coming here, the surroundings has changed quite much. The access is better now with paved road, and I see they're in the process on improving it to become a preferable tourist attraction. It wasn't as big as Beratan, but the view was beautiful. It was so cold even during noon, the wind breeze gave peaceful ambience. I hope someday it become more lively.

Really nice place for 15 minutes PAID photographs. Use the stages and people take your photos, loads of each one using your camera. Downside is one area now started charging 10 IDR each extra, which though not a lot is unnecessary.

Another beautiful, peaceful lake in this amazing country. This is north Bali next to Lake Tamblingan and is one of the twin lakes. If you go up the hill you can get some beautiful views. You may be asked up the hill if you want to hold a snake, bat or some other animal for a price - not a good idea as I feel sorry for the animals and the less people do it, they may stop this bad habit.

Wow what a beautiful serene view standing at the top of the hill looking down. One is definitely prettier than the other, and not a place for a long visit, but definitely worth a trip if you’re in this lovely part of the world.

In the north of Bali. This lake is next to another lake Tamblingan. Known as the Bali twin lakes. Best to view both lakes from view point on top of a hill. Beautiful scenery. Quite cool weather up here.

Located next to another lake in north Bali, it was good/great to see it from above (yes!). It was foggy when I visited it but all good!
