my daughter love this water park so much, the size of the park is just right, doesn't like those need to walk so far with wet and tired body and you can get a drinks in the middle of the water from the pool bar. No need to bring cash or credit card, just scan your chip which can be rent and deposit at entrance. very easy to go back to your room for shower after. however, the hotel rooms interior design is not fancy at all, a little bit old and very simple. Restaurants and bars are so so, not too attractive so I would recommend to dine outside the hotel, just few mins walk from the splash water park exit.

We visited late September on a sunny day and it was almost empty. Which meant we were able to go on all the slides many many times. A great park with a good variety of slides and a good size with 3 kids under 10. You have to buy everything inside but it's all very reasonable and a good range of food and drink to keep everyone happy. All the staff were lovely and my kids will be talking about the endless trip up the tower for more slides for years to come

If you overlook the fact it is in poor maintenance, overpriced and doesn’t have many slides then you can have a good day out! My 11 year old and I enjoyed it but I wouldn’t return nor would I recommend it to anyone visiting. The day cost us over £100 for the two of us. Entrance was £50 for one adult and one child. Our towels were confiscated and we had to hire them at a cost of 300THB (£7) for 3 towels and a locker but since I forgot to collect the two new towels I had bought for going this was wasted money also (yes my own fault). The food was not massively overpriced and reasonable quality but incredibly slow service in a busy food court area. The maintenance is a little lacking in areas, and disgraceful in other areas. I did not feel that safety was compromised, just hygiene. There is a very limited selection of slides but I was glad we never had to wait in line for more than about 5 minutes. As I say, we did enjoy our day there, we stayed about 4 hours, but I think there are probably better options in hotels in Phuket than visiting Splash Jungle.

Tickets are extremely expensive and for a small and poorly maintained water park. You get charged for everything single thing possible. Not allowed to bring your own towel or water or food even. Be expected to pay for their towels (150 baht), their lockers (150 baht), expensive food and drinks. The pools are visibly dirty and broken in some way (especially the bubble pool built into the mountain at the back). The pathways leading around the park haven’t been swept so there’s lots of small sharp rocks around the park, making it painful to walk on. Main café was closed with small stalls open offering a poor variety of food.

For the price you pay it definitely isn’t worth it!

Park owners need to address these issues before they charge so much.

These place is very nice both for children and aduts, but foreigners are very overpriced, normal price for foreigners is 1480 bath, now discounted to 750 bath because covid19 but will raise again when turist come again. Thai will only pay 450 bath.

you also need to pay for towel 70 bath and lockers 100 bath. so for a foreign family it will be expensive place to visit.

We traveled with 2 children, 9 years old and 5 years old. Tired of climbing the stairs like going up to the 4th floor every time to go down. There are about 8 slides, the waves were not working that day. It was cheaper to buy tickets through the website. There is a queue at the checkout. You cannot bring anything with you, neither food, drinks, nor towels. We took a pizza for $11 thinner than an A4 sheet, two drinks, a 0.3 bottle of beer, ice cream and nuggets, it came out to $50.
There was enough interest for 2 hours.

It was a fun day out. Staff were all lovely. Life guards were very alert. Rides were good. Although not a lot. You can’t take food in which would be fine if their food was to standard but it was terrible. We had a steak sandwich with stale bread. We could not cut or bite it. The pizza was ok but still not great. U r not allowed to bring your own towels in so u have to hire them unless u want to drip dry. Overall if money isn’t an issue it’s an ok day out but be prepared to spend some money on entry, food, drink, towel. There were plenty of tubes for lazy river and rides. 3/5. -1 for food and -1 for prices.

My 8 year old enjoyed a good 7 hours here, she thought it was better than Raging Waters in Sydney. There were no queues for the slides even though the adjacent resort was apparently fully booked. Whilst you can’t take your own towels in they did let us bring our hooded over the head towels, and whilst you can’t take your own disposable water bottles in they did let us bring our more permanent bottles filled with water in. The place might be considered a bit scruffy, but all in all, it’s a great day for the kids.

I know 1 star might seem harsh. Il explain in brief.

First impressions were good enough. Booked the 3 bedroom apartment.

Clean & adequate for what I paid.

Water park is good , clean and good rides , I was impressed.

Hotel food is decent too. Nice green curry.

The bad points.

Communal toilets are filthy and stink.

The hotel is badly run down in most parts. Main pool by the beach has broken decking , the pool bar is rusty & dirty.

My main complaint is one that should never be acceptable no matter what.

The showers have no temp control. U can shower in freezing water or water that is so hot it will burn your skin.

The water has poor pressure and for my entire 6 day stay the shower was blocked leaving all the water from the escape pipe backed up at my feet. Disgusting.

Tried running a bath to mix the water temp and realised the water was a brown colour & smelly. This is just not acceptable and a health hazard.

Staff are friendly enough but most do not understand English , not their fault but it does make dealing with issues very difficult and frustrating.

I would not come back or recommend to anyone.

Safely and basic comforts for guests must be taken seriously.

Thank god we’re moving to a different hotel

A water park that looks a little dated but really is great fun for the whole family (even littler ones). As guests at the Splash Hotel we had a pass for the week and admit the water park grew on me after spending a couple of hours each day there. Would definitely come back next time we’re in Phuket!
