Fine place but have two price system
Mar 2021
These place is very nice both for children and aduts, but foreigners are very overpriced, normal price for foreigners is 1480 bath, now discounted to 750 bath because covid19 but will raise again when turist come again. Thai will only pay 450 bath.

you also need to pay for towel 70 bath and lockers 100 bath. so for a foreign family it will be expensive place to visit.

Small, expensive and the only option.
Mar 2020
Splash Jungle is overpriced and clearly taking advantage of the monopoly position they have on the island, we don't usually start on a negative but it is the elephant in the room. The park has a single ride tower from which there are 7 slides. The staff and lifeguards were friendly and maintained safety standards without removing all fun from the experience. There are plenty of negatives with this park although we did enjoy our day there. There are no particularly unique rides but they were still fun and having one tower did make it a less tiring experience and reduced waiting time as you could pick the ride with the smallest queue plus it is easier to keep an eye on your kids if you have any!

The park was relatively clean although it is definitely showing signs of age, many lockers were broken or damaged and the water wasn't the cleanest when it came to particulate matter though I am sure it was chemically treated and clean from a health point of view. The lockers cost 100thb which is reasonable and they were medium sized however I they were not very secure although nothing went missing they would be very easy to get into if someone wanted to, as a big positive they provided luggage storage for our suitcases free of charge and they were left with a guard at the front entrance which we were impressed given the proximity to the airport this makes it a good thing to do if you have a late flight on your last day in Phuket. We bought our tickets on Klook and had issues getting into the park as we were told that Klook had not paid them so we were not allowed in until this was sorted, Klook did sort the issue and we were allowed in eventually though it was not a good start. We paid 1,200 baht per adult on Klook as foreigners, the walk up price for entrance is 1,450 thb for foreign adults (12+) and 700 baht for children (5-11) kids under 4 are free. However you should also add 70 baht onto the price of each ticket as they do not allow you to bring your own towel and instead you must pay another 70thb to rent one at the park!

The park offers transfers from the popular areas of Phuket for 400thb/person if you are going to the park with more than one person we recommend booking a taxi.

With Covid-19 looming at the time we had no issues with crowds or queues. However, it is a small park so it may feel a bit crowded and queues may get long in more normal circumstances. Unfortunately due to the price of the park, costing more than some of the largest and best waterparks in the world (Atlantis, Dubai; Siam Park, Tenerife; etc.) we cannot rate this park highly if the cost was halved and then it would rate much higher. Our rating overall is a 1.2 out of 10 globally ALTHOUGH as it is the only waterpark in the area and you are probably on holiday then it may be worth it as it is a fun half-day out.

FACTS + FIGURES

TOP TIPS: Book a taxi to get there if there are more than one of you going, cheaper, safer and easier than a minibus transfer and there is a discount if staying at the Sands Resort hotel and get drinks at Happy Hour (11AM-12PM & 3PM-5PM).

Payments In Park: Cashless removable (wristwatch style) wristband system, fully refundable at the end of the day with 500 thai baht minimum top up.

Rides: 7 Adult Rides + Kids Area with 4 Slides. (Guest over 122cm are allowed on all rides. Max weight on some rides is 119kg. They weighed pairs going on some rides) None of the rides are extreme and all are good for kids.

Pools: 1 Small Wave Pool, 1 Small "cool" Pool + 1 Pool bar area and a Lazy River the water was of average cleanliness.

Flooring: The floor does get very hot best to take some thongs* (sandals, water shoes, etc.) shoe storage available in front of the ride tower.

Shade and chairs: Some chairs (no charge), some shade, shaded "cool" pool is a nice idea.

Cabanas: Available for 600thb and that included a locker rental when we were there.

Changing Rooms: Separate Men's and Women's rooms but no cabins and not the best smelling.

Lockers: One size for 100 baht. Key access with a basic lock. (L ugagge/suitcase storage is available for no extra charge!)

Towels: Rental 70thb. You may not bring you own towels into the park making rental virtually compulsory as a positive the rental towels were large.

Food: Average price (90-350thb) and ok quality. Selection of western food (Pizza, pasta, burgers, etc.) and local food. Service was fine. (No outside food or drink allowed)

Drinks: Check for the happy hours at the pool bar when it is buy one get one free.
Water: 50thb
Soft Drinks: 80thb
Beer: Local: 120-130 thb
Imported: 150-190 thb
Cocktails: 150-290 thb
Smoothies, Juices and Hot drinks available as well: 90-120 thb

Splash Waterpark is free for entrance for those that are staying at the resort. You need to get a bracelet and put money on it if you want to buy food or refreshments, towel. Several different kinds of slides and a lazy river. Hair braiding and massage area offered. You can rent out a cabana if you’d like nice a spot in the shade. It’s an adequate waterpark similar to a Great Wolf Lodge experience without the magic wands and beaver statues. If staying at the resort then make use of your entrance to the park as they close a bit early.

Fun but no highlight.
Mar 2020 • Family
It was a fun day out. Staff were all lovely. Life guards were very alert. Rides were good. Although not a lot. You can’t take food in which would be fine if their food was to standard but it was terrible. We had a steak sandwich with stale bread. We could not cut or bite it. The pizza was ok but still not great. U r not allowed to bring your own towels in so u have to hire them unless u want to drip dry. Overall if money isn’t an issue it’s an ok day out but be prepared to spend some money on entry, food, drink, towel. There were plenty of tubes for lazy river and rides. 3/5. -1 for food and -1 for prices.

Nice park but dodgy staff.
Mar 2020 • Family
This water park is ok for a small/medium water park. Unfortunately the life saving staff are not trust worthy. Travelling with 5 young girls they started to target one of them making things very uncomfortable and scaring the girls. Using “your so pretty” then even grabbing one of the girls And insisting they go for a ride with with the life guard!

Disgusting
Feb 2020 • Couples
Absolutely disgusted with my visit to splash jungle! Walking up the stairs to the slides and there was gum, spit & bandaids on the stairs.
After riding all the slides I was told "too fat" and couldn't go on said slide after I'd ridden the same slide 3 times before? The staff were completely useless & the park was filthy.
I WASTED over an hour and a half being passed around to different staff while trying to resolve the issues I had. DISGUSTING, FILTHY AND DISAPPOINTING!

Dated park but great fun!
Feb 2020 • Family
A water park that looks a little dated but really is great fun for the whole family (even littler ones). As guests at the Splash Hotel we had a pass for the week and admit the water park grew on me after spending a couple of hours each day there. Would definitely come back next time we’re in Phuket!

Find others place to spend you money with. this is not as good as the pic show.
better to play in the beach or elephant than spend lots money in here. nothings really happened, but if we think again where is our money gone, it's feels like not worthy. their price is too high but what we got not worthy,

Not worth the money
Feb 2020 • Family
For the price of entry (1450 THB) there are not many attractions. Only 6 water slides, one small wave pool, is and a supposedly relaxing tube pool. Food is reasonable. You can not take your own towel. You must pay 70 THB to use theirs, (laundry cost is 7 THB per towel.) The staff are friendly and nice. I would not recommend this park for its price. Only thing I can honestly recommend if you do go is the splash bar. Staff there were fantastic.

Familly fun!
Jan 2020 • Family
A good range of rides. But the best ones have a minimum height requirement of 1.2m

They say you cannot bring in towels and have to rent theirs, but we saw many people who had brought their own.

A good day out for the family.
