It is one thing to find out that this waterpark doesn't allow you to bring in your own towels, so that they can charge you to hire theirs. However, the fact that they don't let you take in your own water (with airport security bag checks in place) feels like a step too far. Given the high temperatures and the high proportion of kids at this attraction, I don't think it is an exaggeration to say that it feels like a violation of your human rights. Terrible for a business to be this desperate to charge you for buying water when you are already being forced to rent their towels and buy their food. You also have to pre-load a wristband with money to buy anything in the waterpark so we actually ended up spending less than we might have as when the pre-loaded amount ran out, rather than going all the way back to the front desk to load up more money we stopped spending. It is a shame that they have created this terrible first impression as the actual slides etc kept our kids entertained until the cash ran out.

We spent the afternoon here and had a great time. It’s not the biggest or newest but it has lots of fun slides and there were no queues at all.
Great food and drink options and friendly staff. I’m not sure I would want to spend the whole day there but it’s ideal for 3/4 hours and plenty of options for both younger and older children, and adults! 😁

My 8 year old enjoyed a good 7 hours here, she thought it was better than Raging Waters in Sydney. There were no queues for the slides even though the adjacent resort was apparently fully booked. Whilst you can’t take your own towels in they did let us bring our hooded over the head towels, and whilst you can’t take your own disposable water bottles in they did let us bring our more permanent bottles filled with water in. The place might be considered a bit scruffy, but all in all, it’s a great day for the kids.

Went to the park recently and it was half price for all adults. Won’t allow you to talk twirls in or bottled water ut is taken away at the entrance and you have to hire towels and buy food. Food was reasonably priced and ok quality for a water park - can’t complain.
The slides are a little dated, but park was empty and really good value for money as got so many rides and paid half price.
Would definitely go back - was a fun day out!

We visited late September on a sunny day and it was almost empty. Which meant we were able to go on all the slides many many times. A great park with a good variety of slides and a good size with 3 kids under 10. You have to buy everything inside but it's all very reasonable and a good range of food and drink to keep everyone happy. All the staff were lovely and my kids will be talking about the endless trip up the tower for more slides for years to come

Some good slides but bit of a money trap. You’ve got to pay for everything!! No towels allowed in, no water allowed in, we were surprised by this. Food price and quality ok. The lazy river has zero flow, maybe as it’s off season they don’t run the pumps? Fun day out after a night in Phuket if your heading north.

Great family day out. Clean park and facilities, food was great and staff were super friendly! Recommend hiring a cabana for a cool pace to chill. Pool bar 10/10

I know 1 star might seem harsh. Il explain in brief.

First impressions were good enough. Booked the 3 bedroom apartment.

Clean & adequate for what I paid.

Water park is good , clean and good rides , I was impressed.

Hotel food is decent too. Nice green curry.

The bad points.

Communal toilets are filthy and stink.

The hotel is badly run down in most parts. Main pool by the beach has broken decking , the pool bar is rusty & dirty.

My main complaint is one that should never be acceptable no matter what.

The showers have no temp control. U can shower in freezing water or water that is so hot it will burn your skin.

The water has poor pressure and for my entire 6 day stay the shower was blocked leaving all the water from the escape pipe backed up at my feet. Disgusting.

Tried running a bath to mix the water temp and realised the water was a brown colour & smelly. This is just not acceptable and a health hazard.

Staff are friendly enough but most do not understand English , not their fault but it does make dealing with issues very difficult and frustrating.

I would not come back or recommend to anyone.

Safely and basic comforts for guests must be taken seriously.

Thank god we’re moving to a different hotel

Not allowed to bring towels into the water park. This was a first in my experience. You can, of course, hire them. Limited shade unless you also hire a cabana.
