This place has neither true historical, scenic or other value.
To get there, you need to patiently drive behind some very slow rentals and what you get is a decrepitude building and a pseudo-museum at best.

Visited during a jeep safari, there are great tales and conspiracy theories to be told about this large villa built in the middle of nowhere, but not sure exactly how many can believed.
