Since you are a single traveller and from New Delhi,India it is best you contact a reputed Kailash/Mansarover travel agent from Delhi,Kathmandu or online from a Lhasa(Tibet) tour operator for a package.(You need a Group Tibet Visa as Individual Chinese Visa is not applicable to Tibet. The Tour agent will get you all the relevant permits with the Visa.) If you are a spiritual person,I know of at least one organization called Isha Foundation that go to Kailash every year. They should have a local chapter in New Delhi, their main centre is in Coimbatore. It is different if you are a non-Indian passport holder-the process is somewhat different.PM me if you are a non-Indian passport holder and plan on going next year.I just returned from there in May.
