Very spectacular nature. I would say come early in the morning after breakfast, around 10 am is a good time to visit. There are loads of hiking tours. And every stone is spectacular. Book the tickets online before as well as parking.

A visit to this place is a wonderful experience and you can see with your own eyes how nature can interact with itself. A true power of nature.

There are several different routes according to you wish and physical abilities. You will find there marvellous views of high blocks of sandstone, wooden staircases, and a possibility to use a boat trip on the rock lake.

Lovely and calm place. In high season it’s better to come later than sooner. We’ve step in at 6 pm and we were nearly alone there. Exactly how I live it. During the day is more like a walk in the city. And without a e-ticket bought in advance you won’t get in, it’s really full as a parking place.

What a cool, interesting place--and even better to explore in the winter/low season (we went on a cold Sunday in November and practically had the place to ourselves). The "geologies" are fascinating from start to finish, and even the walk around the lake at the beginning is nice (and worth doing if you have the time).

I think it took us about 2.5 hours (?) to walk the whole thing (including the loop around the lake), and that includes stopping fairly often to take photos and admire the rocks.

There are a fair amount of stairs, and one section that would be hard for large people to get through, but I think that section has an "emergency exit" beforehand, so not to worry if you're large or maybe just a tad claustrophobic.

What an amazing place! The rock formations are incredible, you feel so small next to the giant rocks. Took us about 4h to complete the trail, the map was enough, no need for a guide.

Fantastic rockformations from fairytales. An open mouth experience... Visit off season! During holidays and weekends it is very crowded and a big part of the magic is lost.

I booked the day tour 2 days in advance and on the day, I realized that I was the only one in the tour, so Joseph, a masters student in geology, became my private tour guide - so lucky! Joseph was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the tour. We had many highly interesting conversations in the entire 12-hour trips. He could explain scientifically the rock formation and environmental issues, plants, etc. I did learn a lot from him. A 5-star guide and one of the best guides I have ever had!
The tour is full of wonderful scenes and particularly on the way back, via local roads, the colorful autumn views were so beautiful. It was a well-worth tour, and highly recommended.

We started early in the morning to be ahead of the crowds. Had a great quiet walk the first hours but than the crowds arrived . Better not to visit this on sunny weekends. We liked Teplice more because it is less touristic and less developped.
