We stopped here after we hiked Angel Rocks. The lockers take quarters so we left our valuables in there. You walk out through the pool to get to a covered walkway that leads to the outdoor springs. As you walk down the ramp there are...More

Hot Springs were a wonderful treat, helped my aching muscles and rejuvenated my dry skin. Pool was nice, cooler water in the pool would be better though. Nice place, lots of cool antique tractors and stuff. Worth a visit!

Iditarod dog race and the Northern Lights. Toured with John Hall's Alaska tour company. Highly recommend this family run tour company. They have a complete selection of tours of Alaska for summer time travel as well. kissalaska.com.

We didn't stay at Chena but spend a whole day there, it was definitely worth it. The hot springs were the best, like a hot lake in the middle of all the snow. But, there are lots more to do there, like dog sledding, snow...More
