This is not a worthwhile place for a tourist to visit. Tour operators take you there so the honey shop can sell you some stuff and the tour operator will get a kick back.
We saw a couple of bee hives, tasted quarter of a teaspoon of average honey and listened to a 20 minute sales pitch.
Very disappointing...

Didn’t like the aggressive salesman in the gift shop. He kept following me around trying to sell me beauty products, grabbing my hand and rubbing serums into it. I developed an allergic rash in the same spot a few days later.

This was facinating, amazing how they do with the honey and proplis. I even got to hold a whole frame of bees with all the bees on it. We were also shown the stingless bees. Then into the shop area when you can see all the products made with honey etc. Very interesting.

The Taxi drivers take you to this farm as part of the city tour. I can say it was nice to know stuff about bees and click a few nice photographs with honeybees but the stuff is quite expensive, so can be avoided, if short on time

As a part of our tour we visited this area that has to do with bees and honey production.
We had close encounter with bees and also they told us many interesting things about honey and its attributes although in our country we already know all those.

Drivers in Phuket would make you stop at this location, but it’s nothing to write home about. A very average and extremely small place to really call a place to Visit. There’s a small round walkway and a small store where you could buy things. Both not worth it.

Just good for that one photo that you could put on your travel diary and say Been Here!!!

This place was pretty awesome. We were able to see bees working up close and some were able to lift the honey trees and have a closer look to them (handle at own risk) but was definitely an experience. They do have a store where you can buy honey and some other bee and pollen products, a little bit too expensive in my opinion. Definitely a must check out!

Not much there, rather small and expensive merch/food. We bought chocolates and were shocked by the amount in the box

This stop wasn’t even on our agenda and driver took us here (I believe possibly due to a commission basis).

I would’ve been happy to not stop here.

Good place only to visit as part of a city tour. They make you sample different honey types and variety of food made along with honey. They even have honey alcohol. Small areas showing how honey is made with live bees on display.
