We have stayed at Kata Noi beach on both visits to Phuket. We have hired a motorbike and ridden around to see a lot of other beaches. We would always choose to come back to Kata Noi. It's a lovely beach to walk along, great to swim or snorkel at if the sea isn't rough ( not in August) and... More

Great beach but can be a little rough. Patrolled regularly with life savers who flagged off parts. Don't do the para gliding here - witnessed a hefty russian guy and the Thai guy come crashing down through the pine trees when the chute and ropes got caught in the tree! Landed with a real thump and would have been pretty... More

To get to Kata Noi Beach you have to go up over quite a big hill so it's pretty secluded and private. The only people that are there are usually staying at the hotel that runs the entire length of it (katathani) It's a lovely beach with not a lot of people so I like it. There are places around... This is a good beach which like other parts of Phuket is better for surfing than swimming in monsoon season. At the far end are a few restaurants and small hotels facing the beach. However it is dominated by the Club Med site which means most of it has no bars, restaurants or shops. One street away is an array... More

Could have been a great spot but pollution is a problem on the beach. Walking along Kata Noi, rubbish was washed up along the shore from shoes, bottles and rubbish tourists leave behind. Was watching the tourists swimming and walking on rubbish, picking it up as they check to see what it is. It was a shame as if more... More

Very quite and relaxing.Stunning views, white sand, clear blue waters, not aggressive waves. If you don't like crowed beaches, Kata Noi Beach would be perfect for you.

From the fifteen beaches we visited in Phuket, this one had the nicest sand. The bay is beautiful and small, not a lot to do but wonderful for a quiet beachday.

10-15 mins walk from the main Kata beach, this secluded, private beach is our personal favorite. Most people hanging out were guests from Katathani Resort. It was a small stretch as compared to Kata, but definitely cleaner and lovelier! Too bad the waves were big, otherwise, we would have taken a dip! Be mindful of the "No Swimming" warnings on... One of the best beaches in Phuket, and I have been to the most popular of them. The sand is clean, the water is crystal clear, and the beach is small which means you will not get very big tides that will spoil your tanning or swimming.
