This is a great place to learn about cocoa beans and chocolate. You start with a walk in a park where you read signs and answer questions. Then you get a lesson about cocoa and chocolate and get to taste different chocolates. You realise that...More

We visited the La Madison du Cacao and enjoyed the tasting. The Garden walk is short but entertaining. Our demonstration was in English and quite informative.

This is the kind of place where you stop by while driving around, do not take a trip just for that. There's enough stuff to do around to plan it tho. As others said, the garden is rather small and the "S" pathway lead around...More

Walked around the gardens, saw the cacao trees at their various stages, and got to sample some amazing chocolates, with detailed explanations throughout the process. On our last day, came back to buy another box of chocolate. Was delicious.

A memorable visit. The young lady who made the presentation was truly knowledgeable, and passionate about the subject. She answered every one of our many questions-in English-and the tasting at the end was fascinating.

We regret going to this place. Very unfriendly staff! Not an interesting tour. Also they kept speaking french even though we told them at the beginning we don't know any french. At the end, one of the staff laughed at me for not being able...More

Wonderful way of learning about chocolate, in a nice setting and with friendly staff. The tasting menu is very informative and there are products for purchase as well. The only small downside is (for a non-fluent french speaker) oit's tough to keep up at times.
