Love this beach especially the restaurants at the Southern end. Good food and drinks that can can b followed by a walk along the beach. Then its a short stroll to a tu tuk rank or the busingling night lifeof Kata beach.

The beach was pretty small and pretty dirty, I actually found karon to be a better option, even though it was busier. Not many choices for beer/restaurants along the beach

I´ts really cheap. I think around 15 bahts. August would be a little expensive than low season months. I went on november and it was really cheap, but you should not worry for a huge incrementation of prices.
