I wanted a masage down after a long flight. Came across this place. It was privately done in a room drawn with curtains. The air con was pretty cold.
Massage was good and only 400baht but it was the same in that area.
All massage places was closed the next day due to the virus for 2 weeks so was disappointed.
Will defo visit again next time.

How can you choose where to go with so many options on every corner? I looked for the trip advisor sign and there it was. It is not a large place and does not have a beautiful building but it was well worth a visit. I had a neck and back massage. When it was over I folt so relaxed. I didn’t want it to stop so I added a foot and leg massage. Oh please don’t stop. Such luxury taking time out for myself. I woke up the next day feeling so good and relaxed. The environment was a little noisy due to the place being small. The staff were professional and discreet. Price was about the same 400 b for neck and shoulders, 300 for feet.

I was just in this massage salon because it is near my hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't feel very relaxed after this massage. When my husband Sven and I arrived at the salon, we were greeted in a rather unfriendly manner. I thought, well, let's try the massage anyway. It started well, but after 30 minutes of massage, a bright light was turned on. The masseuses also started chatting to each other. I found this very disrespectful and disturbing. At the end of the massage, a type of Thai massage was performed for about 5 minutes. This was extremely unpleasant.

This was by far the worst experience we’ve had in Thailand. Both my wife and I decided to go here and both experienced the same thing. Basically the massage consisted of having elbows poked into your back till we cried out in pain to stop. Even when we asked them to stop they just laughed and kept going! That was absolutely unbelievable. We have ended up bruised and very sore for days. They really don’t know what they are doing. Beyond terrible.

From the outside it looks like a nice place! Because of this I really looked forward to getting a massage here. Even had the tuk tuk drop me off here straight from the hotel. The foot massage was very dissapointing. The lady had no focus at all and she was even a bit rude. It didn't feel professional at all compared to other massage salons I visited. Maybe they have better personel besides her but I personally will never visit again and wouldn't recommend this place either...

They write on their website that if you book packages that cost 1500 baht or more with them, they will give you a free transfer.
But when you call to ask for the transfer, they refused to come and pick you up.
When I asked why they said they pick up only if you are close to them (which isn’t written on the website, plus what is the point to pick you up if you can walk to them?)
They have the worse service I ever got in my life.
The tried to scam over the phone and their pricing doesn't worth what you are getting.
Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. There are a lot of great places.

We had booked Clubmed Phuket for our annual family trip and after reading good reviews about Oriental, our entourage of 4 popped in for a post-dinner footy, we weren't disappointed.
The staff are well trained and the skill-sets were consistent.

Really awesome massage by Wat (not sure of spelling) for the 1.5hr Oriental Massage at 600B. Totally worth the price, I feel, especially compared to hotel's price. Though they do not offer choices of oil we could use, and beds are separated by curtains, with the price, I can't ask for more. A pity that I didn't discover it earlier, as I was going to leave Phuket the next day.

After reading mixed reviews about this place, we decided to check out the place ourselves.
Day one, we had traditional Thai massage for 300 baht (pretty much same rate every where). We were quite pleased with the massage itself, the place is clean and friendly people all around.
So we booked in again the next day for a 2hr pamper session. We had face and oil massage 900 baht each (remember to quote the massage combo deal online).
We were staying at Foto hotel for 3 nights and taxi was going to charge 300-400 baht (AUD13) for the 5 mins journey. I worked out that if both of us spend over 1000 baht combined, Oriental actually provide free transfer both ways. We really enjoyed the services there and ended up having different 2hrs treatment over the next 2 days. Massage everyday, why not when you are on a just wanna do nothing vacation and hang out by the pool after with happy hour one for one pina colada 😊
So all in all, highly recommend this place for all their massages but probably wouldn't go for the manicure given that it's 250 baht (for OPI Polish) for a less than 10mins job (just file & paint) compared to an hour of foot reflexology for 300 baht.
PS: The masseurs did not chat much among themselves which was great for us to have a relaxing and quiet session.
