We had a surface tour. The person conducting the tour was knowledgeable and very friendly. Tours underground are only held in the morning.

Loved the Underground Mine tour and surface tour. Hard to believe the hardships they faced in the 1890’s. Very informative and we could the guides knowledge outstanding.

Hi Carol We are so glad you enjoyed your tour and thankfully most people are able to go underground and enjoy a mine that was worked by Cornish miners Yes bring cash eftpos certainly doesn’t work all the time

My fiance and I visited and loved the tour. Run by true blue Aussies who were a pleasure to meet and listen to. Loved the scones and cuppa. Glad to put money towards continuing to run this historical tour. Thank you!!More

We found out that there is nothing to see unless you go on a tour, so check before you go on a long corrugated unsealed drive when they have them before going there.More

I don't believe so. It is quite narrow and dark going down but then it opens up. I know children are $12. Hope this helps.
