Very friendly staff. Our son loved the train. It was a nice calm trip out. Our son doesn't like big crowds. There were not too many people at once.

A good half day out, but if you've got young children (we had) make sure that they're running one of the steam trains. It's a nice ride, but the diesel unit is not very exiting!!
