Excellent experience for the grandchildren who were very excited to meet the Real Santa. Friendly staff and lovely facilities in the new station building. The train ride was lovely, behind a real steam engine.

This was a lovely event. The staff were very welcoming and despite the awful weather our Grandchildren had a wonderful time. The Visit with Father Christmas was excellent, and the gifts were of very good quality.
