Perfect stop for an hour or so if you're planning a day trip in the Andes. The history of the area is amazing, and the culture is very much alive. The local stalls are creative, colourful, and fun. The food is nice and the prices are very reasonable. Make sure that you're dressed for the conditions. Amazingly picturesque.

It's an interesting bridge, all the history about its construction and how the river flows and all that. Nothing super special, though.

The Inca's bridge is a rocky formation that forms a natural bridge over Las Cuevas river, it's the most pleasant place I have ever been.
It's quiet and beautiful. The best part is the friendliness of the people who live in the surrounding villages.
I highly recommend it.

We spent a few nights at the hostel here before our climb in 1997. (TripAdvisor doesn't let me put that date in its "When did you visit" pull-down.) At that time you could still walk across the natural bridge as well as walk around the old spa buildings, but I understand it has been closed off for a number of years.

Not much to see except the natural formation. Stopped on the way overt to Chile, a few restaurants and tourist shops. More of a pit stop than anything else.

Site of an old English owned spa hotel built by the railway company. You can't get any where near the place or the bridge nowadays as it is fenced off.
It's not far from the main road, just past all the tat sellers. Good for a 10 minute stop.
The best thing about the road getting here is the old train track that runs along side. It's a deep shame that it closed years ago as it would be an amazing journey.

This is a hot spring and minerals crusting that is covers a natural bridge. The colors are worth photographing, There is an old Russian built spa there, which is now deserted. Nothing much else to look at here. Shops nearby sell tourist trinkets

This bridge is quite unique and the history around it makes it even more special.
It’s a quick stop from the trip to Aconcagua, worthy and good to buy some local souvenirs.

The day outing was great fun for all. The mountin drive was very sienic, and learning about the history of the region was interesting as well. The gift shops had a large selection of goods and the food was great and reasonably priced as well.
