So, ive been there. The place is quite nice! Totally nice. But, the lifeguards do not do their job. And they play phones, let us play with the slides by ourselves, asked us to check if the line is clear or not. You r the lifeguards. And the most important thing, why the heck they are smoking while working? Bad... More

Very dirty. The water colour was mixture of brown & green. Sands and leaves in almost every pool. Slides was ok. I love the family slides among all. However, the life guards was too busy with their HP the entire time. Especially if u go for the slides (2pax). There was a man and his very young son (i think... More

Since no outside food policy, I had no choice to have chicken rice + drink (i chose 100plus isotonic) for RM12.80 at the food court. Not to mention pretty pricey, it was kid portion with terrible taste. Even the isotonic drink taste different. Simply not worth it.

We liked how the waterpark had many sections to suit interests of different age group. We started in the penguin area, which had simple attractions for the kids and when they were bored with that, we took a floating journey down the 'rapids' and this was great since it actually made our kids sit still for the half hour ride... The water park is suitable for kids. We spent half a day at the park and rented a shed to dine at lunch time. There are many types of slides and family rides but some of the popular rides have long queues which can take up to 1 hour.

It is a big waterpark. Less sitting facilities for senior citizens. Rental of cabana will cost RM 60 and most of it will be taken.

1. Waterpark - only good for 30min stays. Old and no security. Example: min height of 180cm height for water ride, but we say people carry babies taking the family ride allowed by the lifeguard 2. 30mins to checkin and worst when check out they simply added tickets for safari and water park although we have not purchase via hotel....
