If you like soft sand with no pebbles, this is your beach. The pier is nice to walk out and watch the waves roll in. Boats sell fresh fish on certain days, as well. In May, the white bathing huts are moved onto the beach...More

We are used to other kind of beaches: this is close to the harbour, seaside is beautiful, but you can't swim, too dangerous. And cold.

Go there a winter-day when the wind is blowing heavily from west. Watch the waves coming in. Imagine the fishing vessel coming in directly onto the beach, or the rescue vessels being launched into the storm. Or come in a mild summer day when the...More

This beach is partly accessible by car. It’s always a clean beach which invites for long walks or bike tours. Running at the beach is also a good idea. Dogs are to be kept on a leash.

Beautiful beach, fine sand and you can walk far out in the sea before water reach your hip. Great for kids. Can be a bit too windy, but surfers and kiters like it!

The beach is lovely, the kids loved it! It is a bit windy, so people drive their cars on the beach to set them as shelter for the spot they choose. Then they lay down and enjoy! I went for a swim and it was...More

Nice scene: fishingships towed on to the beach. Nice pier too. And some bunkers from WW2 to explore.

Our friends summer house was just south of Lokken and I think the beach is even better there. It's an incredible coastline for miles. Amazing white fine sand and dunes. Lokken beach is nice and particularly the area by the pier where there is a...More

Like most of the beaches on the northwest of Jutland it is a really nice beach. There are lots of sea stone to admire among other things. What separates this part of the beach from the rest are the quaint beach huts that stand in...More
