The Noose River has lots of options, swimming, fishing, picnic spots, a National Park on one side, River Cruises, Restaurants, House Boats, walking/running tracks etc. The river itself is quite wide near Noosa, but not that deep. It is very calm.

The river is a great part of Noosa Heads with its upper class houses and apartments and pleasant walks, some good restaurants and water traffic. Take the river cruise or just walk the shores for a pleasant few hours.
