We hadn't planned to visit the Boutari Winery but i'm so glad we did. We were greeted with such warmth & the value for money was outstanding. It was 12euro for 4 wines, a sharing plate & a wine tour. The tour itself only took half an hour which was perfect for us & the wines are some of the... More

We came to this winery on a wine tasting tour that encompassed two other wineries so I cannot comment on the professionalism of their staff because our guide who was very knowledgeable did the tasting discussion for us. We tasted six white wines including one sweet Vin Santo with an accompanying cheese and meat platter. The food was good and... More

On a Mediterranean cruise earlier this year, we opted for the winery tour excursion which took us to 3 different winery on the island of Santorini. Bourari Winery is the first one we visited and it was interesting to lear more about the wine culture on Santorini and the types of grapes, the visit was overall average and so were... More

We visited several wineries and this one by far had great wines but more importantly the gentleman presenting the tastings is very knowledgeable and takes the time with everyone to explain the complexities of each wine. We accompanied it with a cheese plate which had some salami and he would tell us save a bit of this cheese for the... More

I attended as part of an independent winery your, so I can't speak to the quality of the tasting as offered by their staff. However, the wine itself is quite good. They offer a variety of wines from vineyards on and off Santorini. Their tasting room is also large and comfortable.

We have visited several wineries on Santorini and they all are great. This one was part of a Sunset winery tour. It has great white & red wines. It is a must for anyone into wine. The uniqueness of the wines produced on Santorini and its volcanic soil make it great and unlike any other wine.

Today we visited 2 wineries in the Island. This and the Venetsianos one. What a difference sloppy service can make Three of us: a Californian a British and a Greek. We know our wines We agreed to try 6 wines, so we were directed to a table, by an apparently bored young woman who then brought us 2 glasses each... More

My friend and I went in for a wine tasting and were very happy with the experience. The server described each wine (6 wines for 6 euro) and was prompt with bringing the next round. The wines were tasty (especially the santorini and basket wines). The staff were friendly and because it wasn't as busy as other places they had... More

As someone who works in the wine industry elsewhere, my boyfriend (also part of the industry) and I were very much looking forward to a tasting experience in a different wine region. Tasting experience, though well-executed, felt rehearsed and cold. Wines were extremely acidic, many lacking any balance, and the port-like 'dessert' wine that was served at the end was... More
