It is the biggest roofless museum in south Greece. The most amazing place to visit is the wonderful region of Messinia.

The Archaeological site of Ancient Messene is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is impressive in size, variety of structures, and level of preservation. The surrounding natural environment by mt. Ithomi is stunning. A must see for those who venture into South Peloponnese!
