Nice and quiet. Souvenirs, bars and restaurant. Just walk around and feel the evaporation of the waters leaving nice piles of salt.

It´s really interesting to visit these salt mines. The place is well preserved and the people are very friendly. It´s a nice place to spend some time and to have a meal in the local retaurant, which is very good.

Interesting place to visit , various types of salt can be purchased directly at the source, rustic aspect of the wood buildings is maintained.

It is an unusual, place that looks like it had stooped in time. The salt is produced like 100 years ago and only during summer, around the year you could always visit the tradicional houses, walk around the squares were salt is made named "Talhos"...More
