strictly for looking only for me.Large boulders to the waters end will deter many from swimming.Still it's a beautiful pristine ocean and view.Just not for body surfing.

the eatery nearby serves the worst food. staff are unsure of their answers. there a lot of flies and make sure you bring your aqua shoes for the beach is not that good walking barefoot.

yes it's a beach. but unlike to famous ones like boracay, this beach has rocks as its shore...no...not just rocks...but boulders! our tourguide told us that those big rocks are from the volcano when it erupted years ago. devastating event gave birth to such beauty.

I'm used to seeing boulders in rivers, but not in a shoreline. Its one of those must see attraction in Batanes.

There are a lot of stones and rocks, of varying sizes and shapes and hues, in Valugan Boulder Beach. The waves are refreshingly strong when encountered, and the sound of the waves really are relaxing. Went there last Thursday afternoon, 06 October 2016.
