Order your wine and sit down for some of the typical local fare offered at Dassiesfontein. The food is delicious and remarkably cheap. There are goods for sale that can not be listed, but it did lead me to ask whether they ever managed to...More

The Cape has several coffee shop/road side stalls that are a bit over the top and this is one of them. You can get a coffee with cake (the apple crumble is excellent) or full on meal in the cool interior. But the drawcard has...More

This is basically a large bric-a-brac store full of Africana and a variety of old-style and more modern household and clothing items. There is a small coffee shop and a chaotic retail space. The retail space is very quaint and memorable in its own right...More

This place is a treasure trove of nicnacs and old bits and pieces. You can shop for clothing, leather goods, second-hand furniture and toys. The also serve good solid farm bread and soup that is very tasty. Love their chunky sandwiches
