The pipe organ in the cathedral is a monumental instrument (didn't get to hear it though) but the real gem is the inside courtyard/garden from 1310 with a baptismal bowl in the centre. This is a piece of medieval history at hand. Totally worth seeing!
The cathedral as one of the few remaining original and almost non destroyed during the II world War buildings in Kamień Pomorski, is definitely worth visiting, beautiful organs, and the mysterious atmosphere will make you stay for longer than you expected

kamien pomorski with its cathedral from XII century is really unique place to visit (unfortunately city is not worth your time)
so what’s unique about cathedral – only one with viridarium connected directly to the building in poland, and really rare at all
